  • The acute - Which is reversible.

Pondicherry Kidney Foundation Awards

            The Foundation awards a Gold medal as "Pondicherry Kidney Foundation Awards" for those who render special service uniquely for Kidney affected people.

           Dr.P.Soundararajan, professor and Head of Nephrology Department, Sri Ramachandra Medical College & Research Institute, was the recepient of "Pondicherry Kidney Foundation Award" for the year 2005.

          Mrs. Latha Kumaraswamy, Managing Trustee, TANKER Foundation, Chennai, was the recepient of "Pondicherry Kidney Foundation Award" for the year 2006.           

  Dr.N.Murugesan, Chief Nephrologist, Chairman,   East Coast Hospital, Puducherry, was the recepient of "Pondicherry Kidney Foundation Award" for the year 2007.    

  Dr.P.Giri,M.D.,D.N.B., Senior Consultant Nephrologist,Thiruchirapalli, was the recepient of "Pondicherry Kidney Foundation Award" for the year 2008.
